FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Good to know.

Common questions about the app and how to use it.

How do I build my week?

After creating an account, NextMoves guides you through home times, fixed activities, breaks and bedtime. You can revisit your setup when the routine changes.

What if photo capture gets something wrong?

Photo recognition suggests details; you check and correct the subject, title, dates and other fields before saving anything. You can also enter homework manually.

Can I use it without a phone?

Yes. A parent and child can use a shared computer to prepare the week and print a daily plan. No screen is needed when following the printed sheet.

What should I include in a support message?

Describe the screen, what you tried and what happened. Avoid sending passwords, full names of children or sensitive schoolwork.
